Refunds will NOT be given where:

• The Ignight Me invoice relating to the refund is MORE than 12 months old.

Incorrect size – Lingerie and costumes

We may offer a 30-day exchange of unsuitability of lingerie and costumes from the date of purchase. Additional fees may apply.

To be accepted, all returns must:

* be returned in the original undamaged packaging/box (where applicable).

* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.

* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).

* not be damaged or soiled.

* not be altered in any way.

Refunds

Where a refund has be granted, we will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
