Ignight Me cannot be held liable for damaged or missing stock, and each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. When receiving a shipment, the customer should acknowledge any damage to the carton by noting “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier. Within 5 days of receipt, the customer must inform Ignight Me about the issue. To initiate any investigation and possible replacement process, photographic evidence along with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) must be provided.
We endeavor to have your parcel arrive safe and sound but to guarantee secure postage we have an option for Shipping Protect for an additional fee. If you choose not to add Shipping Protect, we cannot guarantee the security or replacement of your parcel once it is with the courier.
