Damaged Stock

Ignight Me cannot be held liable for damaged or missing stock, and each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. When receiving a shipment, the customer should acknowledge any damage to the carton by noting “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier. Within 5 days of receipt, the customer must inform Ignight Me about the issue. To initiate any investigation and replacement process, photographic evidence along with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) must be provided.
