Ignight Me guarantees all products distributed to its customers against defects and workmanship for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. However, this warranty only applies if the product is used for its intended purpose, and any misuse or abuse will void the warranty. Any claims for labour or expenses related to repairing damages caused by a defective product will not be accepted by Ignight Me.

If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced where stocks permit. If a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified, we will provide a full refund to the customer. If a replacement is needed, Ignight Me will cover the postage expenses. Customers should return the products with a written description of the fault and proof of purchase. Prior to returning, customers must send a pre-email notice to info@ignightme.com.au. It’s important to note that Ignight Me will not provide a refund for returned inventory with no fault found.

Additionally, Ignight Me may distribute non-apparel products intended strictly as adult novelty toys for entertainment purposes. These products are not meant for medical use and have not been clinically tested. Thus, no medical claims are warranted or implied by using these products.
