Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return, refund or exchange policy for change of mind on certain adult products. For more information please contact us prior to purchase.
Ignight Me complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds. Please note:
For faulty products
- All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Ignight Me.
- The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
- In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
- When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified a full refund will be provided.
Ignight Me offers returns and refunds where the product:
- Is supplied incorrectly.
- Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
- Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
- Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN) (please contact us).
Refunds will NOT be given where:
- The product was NOT purchased from Ignight Me.
- The Ignight Me invoice relating to the refund is MORE than 12 months old.
- The product was not deemed faulty or returned in appropriate manner.
Incorrect size – Lingerie and costumes
We offer a 90-day return policy for change of mind or unsuitability of lingerie and costumes from the date of purchase.
To be accepted, all returns must:
* be returned in the original undamaged packaging/box (where applicable).
* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.
* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).
* not be damaged or soiled.
* not be altered in any way.
Lingerie return exclusions: Latex wear, hosiery and body stockings.
We will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
Please note there may be a delay in replacement products and additional postage costs.
