Charging Travel Lock On/Off:
Your Massager will be shipped with travel lock active.

To Lock - Press and hold the middle (Warming) and top (Head Vibration) buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz ONCE and the LED will blink ONCE at the same time. The massager is now locked.

To Unlock - Press and hold the middle (Warming) and top (Head Vibration) buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz TWICE and the LED will blink TWICE at the same time. The massager is now unlocked.

Use

Left Ear Vibration
Press and hold the top button (Closest to the ears) for 3 seconds to turn on the left ear motor. The outer edge of the button will light up, and the motor will begin vibrating in the lowest setting. Press the button to begin cycling through the 3 speeds and 7 modes of vibration—The button light will change to reflect the massager’s current mode (Solid ring for constant vibration or blinking in sync with each of the 7 patterns). Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off.

Warming
Press and hold the middle button for 3 seconds to activate warming mode. The entire button will light up and stay solid while warming mode is active. The massager should warm to just above body temperature in about 5 minutes. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off.

Right Ear Vibration
Press and hold the bottom button (Closest to the base) for 3 seconds to turn on the right ear motor. The outer edge of the button will light up, and the motor will begin vibrating in the lowest setting. Press the button to begin cycling through the 3 speeds and 7 modes of vibration—The button light will change to reflect the massager’s current mode (Solid ring for constant vibration or blinking in sync with each of the 7 patterns). Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off.

Postage is via Australia Post however, in some cases depending on location a courier may be used. We endeavor to have your parcel arrive safe and sound but to guarantee secure postage we have an option for Shipping Protect for an additional fee. If you choose not to add Shipping Protect, we cannot guarantee the security or replacement of your parcel once it is with the courier.

Priority Processing - for a flat fee of $2.99 your order will jump the queue and be processed asap. This helps ensure we can get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

We endeavor to have your parcel arrive safe and sound but to guarantee secure postage we have an option for Shipping Protect (signature on delivery and damage cover) for a flat fee of $3.50. If you choose not to add Shipping Protect, we cannot guarantee the security or replacement of your parcel once it is with the courier. These options are available in your cart.

For faulty products

1. All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Ignight Me.
2. The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
3. In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
4. When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified a full refund will be provided.

Ignight Me offers returns and refunds where the product:

• Is supplied incorrectly.
• Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
• Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
• Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN) (please contact us).

Refunds will NOT be given where:

• The Ignight Me invoice relating to the refund is MORE than 12 months old.

Incorrect size – Lingerie and costumes

We may offer a 30-day exchange of unsuitability of lingerie and costumes from the date of purchase. Additional fees may apply.

To be accepted, all returns must:

* be returned in the original undamaged packaging/box (where applicable).

* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.

* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).

* not be damaged or soiled.

* not be altered in any way.

Lingerie return exclusions: Latex wear, hosiery and body stockings.

Refunds

Where a refund has be granted, we will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
