TRAVEL LOCK FEATURE:
To LOCK: Press and hold the PLUG VIBRATION and POWER buttons for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz ONCE to indicate the product is LOCKED.
To UNLOCK: Press and hold both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz TWICE to indicate the product is UNLOCKED.
*NOTE: Travel lock can also be activated during use to power off all functions. Travel lock will automatically unlock when charging with included USB cord.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Vibration and Intimotion functions can be used together or separately for a wide variety of unique pleasure experiences.
Turn ON: Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn ON. The button will illuminate in standby mode.
Plug Vibration: Press the PLUG VIBRATION button to cycle through 10 modes (3+7). Press and hold to stop.
Intimotion P-Spot Stimulation: Press the POWER/INTIMOTION button to cycle through 10 modes (3+7). Press and hold to stop.
Perineum Vibration: Press the PERINEUM VIBRATION button to cycle through 10 modes (3+7). Press and hold to stop.

REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS: Use the Remote Control to operate the device using the same buttons and functions as those located on the plug. Please note, the remote will only sync to the item after standby mode is activated. Priority Processing - for a flat fee of $2.99 your order will jump the queue and be processed asap. This helps ensure we can get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

We endeavor to have your parcel arrive safe and sound but to guarantee secure postage we have an option for Shipping Protect (signature on delivery and damage cover) for a flat fee of $3.50. For faulty products

1. All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Ignight Me.
2. The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
3. In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
4. When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified a full refund will be provided.

Ignight Me offers returns and refunds where the product:

• Is supplied incorrectly.
• Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
• Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
• Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN) (please contact us).

Refunds will NOT be given where:

• The product was NOT purchased from Ignight Me.
• The Ignight Me invoice relating to the refund is MORE than 12 months old.
• The product was not deemed faulty or returned in appropriate manner.
• There has been a change of mind.

Incorrect size – Lingerie and costumes

We may offer a 30-day exchange of unsuitability of lingerie and costumes from the date of purchase. Additional fees may apply.

To be accepted, all returns must:

* be returned in the original undamaged packaging/box (where applicable).

* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.

* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).

* not be damaged or soiled.

* not be altered in any way.

Lingerie return exclusions: Latex wear, hosiery and body stockings.

Refunds

Where a refund has be granted, we will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
