Shipping & Returns


“Discretion is our Priority” All items are packed discreetly and securely and dispatched directly from the Australian warehouse. We charge a flat rate of $12.95 per order for postage in Australia, free postage for all Australian orders over $100. Allow 3-7 working days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times to remote areas can be longer.  If you have ordered adult products the address shown on your package will be Windsor Wholesale Pty Ltd.  

Returns – For all returns, please contact us for a returns form and further details.

Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on adult products and most lingerie.

Ignight Me complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds. Please note:

For faulty products

  1. All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Ignight Me.
  2. The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
  3. In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
  4. When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified a full refund will be provided.

Ignight Me offers credit returns where the product:

  • Is supplied incorrectly.
  • Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
  • Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
  • Is accompanied by a completed Goods Returns Notice (GRN) (please contact us).

Credits will NOT be given where:

  • The product was NOT purchased from Ignight Me.
  • The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 90 days old.
  • The product was not deemed faulty or returned in appropriate manner

Before returning your adult product(s):

Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.

– Make sure you are using the correct batteries

– Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly

– Try new batteries

– Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture

– Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items. We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

Policy for returning Lingadore lingerie – Bras only – we do allow exchanges for incorrect bra size as long as the following criteria is met;

– Any labels are still attached to the product.

– Products are returned in the original undamaged box.

– The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)

– The product has not been damaged or soiled.

– The product has not been altered by you in any way.

– The product is accompanied by the original invoice and is within 30 days of purchase.
