For faulty products

All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Ignight Me.
The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified a full refund will be provided.

Ignight Me offers returns and refunds where the product:

Is supplied incorrectly.
Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.

Refunds will NOT be given where:

Incorrect size – Lingerie and costumes

We may offer a 30-day exchange of unsuitability of lingerie and costumes from the date of purchase. Additional fees may apply.

To be accepted, all returns must:

* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.

* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).

Refunds

Where a refund has be granted, we will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.
